For the past 12 months I have seem drastic results in my abdominal muscles since using the MECA Back Wedge. I am a mother of three young children and have had 2 c-sections. Since doing stomach exercises on the wedge, I have seen results like I

never imagined. The “pouch” I once had, is almost gone and my stomach is almost flat!!!!! While doing traditional crunches I would always have to use my hands to support my neck, because I would experience severe pain and weakness in my jaw and my neck. I no longer feel this weakness and can complete all exercises without any discomfort.
